Demi Moore is taking on her next movie role!
The 63-year-old The Substance actress is set to join previously announced co-stars Charlize Theron and Julia Garner in the Amazon MGM Studios movie Tyrant.
The movie comes from writer-director David Weil, and is filming in Los Angeles.

The film is described as a “culinary thriller,” and while there’s no official description of the movie just yet, it’s “said to be a high-stakes thriller set within New York City’s elite fine-dining scene.”
David Weil created the Prime Video show Hunters and miniseries Solos, and co-created Invasion for Apple TV.
The project’s script was adapted from a story the director came up with alongside Cody Behan. When Charlize and Julia were first announced for the project at the end of January, the movie was described as “shades of Wall Street and Whiplash.”
Last year, reports emerged that Amazon and Picture Company won the rights after a bidding war, and the project was fast-tracked once Charlize showed interest and joined at the end of last year. After that, “a number of stars” were chasing the project, before it ultimately came down to Julia, per Deadline.
If you didn’t know, Demi was actually on a soap before making it big as an actress.
