The Popular Party, considered one of the favorites, defends an agenda of structural reforms. The party won the most seats in the House of Representatives in 2023, under a different name, but was blocked by conservative MPs from forming a government. Therefore, a sufficiently significant victory would be needed to overcome these obstacles.
