Sophia Umansky has gone under the knife.
The 26-year-old daughter of former The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills couple Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky recently underwent breast lift surgery after weight loss from using GLP-1 medication left them “hanging real low.”
“I’ve been on Mounjaro for a little over a year now,” she began in an April 28 TikTok. “At first, I lost a ton of weight very rapidly and then I gained weight back. Now, I feel like I’m finally able to balance out at a perfect medium.”
But as a result of her fluctuating rate, Sophia said her breasts were “not sitting” where she’d like them. So, she opted for a cosmetics procedure that transferred fat from her hips to her chest for volume.
“I know getting this done will make me so much more confident in my body,” the Buying Beverly Hills star continued, “and that’s always the goal.”
However, that wasn’t not the only makeover she had scheduled on her calendar. Sophia also penciled in some work on her lips that same week.
