An examination carried out by the Legal Medical Institute (IML) confirmed that the body found this Sunday (11), in a forested area in Embu-Guaçu, is that of corporal Fabrício Gomes de Santana, aged 40, who disappeared last week after a fight with a man linked to organized crime.
Recognition was done using fingerprints. Previously, the police officer’s family had already recognized the ring he was wearing when he disappeared last Wednesday (7). According to the police, Fabrício had an argument with a drug dealer in a community in the South Zone of the capital. Three suspects are temporarily detained.
