Soldiers of the 210th Separate Assault Regiment destroyed a Russian self-propelled artillery unit 2S1 “Gvozdika” in the direction of Zaporozhye.
The information was published on the official page of the unit on Telegram.
According to the announcement, the target was hit by an FPV drone after a camouflaged firing position was identified. The drone operator made a precise strike that led to the neutralization of the Russian equipment.
Released footage suggests the target was a self-propelled gun 2S1 Gvozdika. Identification is based on the design features of the system, such as the low-profile turret and the absence of a prominent recoil mechanism above the barrel — typical features of the model known as “Gvozdika”.

Battlefield losses of Russian self-propelled artillery systems remain high. The number of destroyed or captured 2S1 “Gvozdika” units has already exceeded 174. Still, this is not the highest total among artillery losses.
Figures show higher losses for 2S3 Akatsiya systems, where 191 units were destroyed or captured. The highest number recorded so far concerns 2S19 Msta-S self-propelled guns, of which a total of 256 were neutralized by the defense forces.
