Tarcísio celebrates Maduro’s arrest and says US action ‘opens a window of hope’ for Venezuela

In his speech, Tarcísio also blamed what he called “collusion, omission and even explicit support” of international political allies for the Venezuelan regime and cited the humanitarian impact of the crisis, such as the exodus of families, children out of school and people forced to restart their lives outside the country.
