When Chrisley attempted to leave his home, according to the affidavitthe situation turned physical. She accused Landsman of strangling her multiple timesincluding one instance, per the filing, in which he strangled her “with one hand and held her up so that her feet were off the ground” while yelling at her. Chrisley said she repeatedly asked Landsman to stop, but he didn’t.
The 36-year-old alleged that after she punched him near his eyebrow amid the struggle, Landsman grabbed her “by the throat again and opened the door and threw her outside,” where she said she hit her head on the concrete.
Chrisley said that after she left, Landsman called the police to make a report the next day for her punching him. The reality star wrote in the petition that she returned to his home on April 10 after authorities requested her to, where they had examined her injuries on her neck and head, according to the affidavit. After seeing the “lacerations on her head from being thrown onto the ground” and marks on her neck, Landsman was arrested.
