Cuba has a record low of 0°C and sees the crisis worsening with new sanctions

Cuba recorded, in the early hours of Tuesday (3), the lowest temperature in its history, reaching 0°C, in the midst of a deep economic crisis. The Indio Hatuey meteorological station, in the province of Matanzas, marked the minimum. It was the first time that the country reached freezing point, surpassing the previous record of 0.6°C, recorded in 1996.
