District Judge Indira Talwani of Boston issued a preliminary injunction on Saturday night (24) that prevents the Department of Homeland Security from ending the conditional humanitarian entry granted to thousands of people from Cuba, Haiti, Colombia, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala and Honduras.
