Ukrainian Telegram monitoring channels said around 20 ballistic missiles were launched in approximately an hour overnight. The head of Kiev’s military administration, Tymur Tkachenko, described what happened as a short but intense missile attack on the capital. The offensive also hit the southern port city of Odessa, where five people were injured. In Kryvyi Rih, two other civilians were injured.
