ROMULUS: HII’s unmanned ship reaches 30% completion and aims for tests in 2026 (X @WeAreHII)

HII announced that the prototype unmanned surface vehicle ROMULUS has reached approximately 30% completion in the construction phase.

The project is on track and it is planned to start sea tests in the fourth quarter of 2026, which strengthens the company’s plans to expand its capacity within autonomous maritime systems.
