Relatives of political prisoners hold vigil in Venezuela

Between 800 and just over 1,000 remain in detention, according to organizations that monitor political prisoners in the Latin American country. According to the NGO Foro Penal, which made the new assessment, those released left prison during the early hours of the morning.
