The daughter of writer Olavo de Carvalho, Heloisa de Carvalho Martin Arribas died on Wednesday night (7), aged 56.
She died in Atibaia, in the interior of São Paulo. According to preliminary information, the body was found by a friend and she was lying in bed at home. There is no information about the cause of death.
Heloisa became known for disagreeing with her father’s political opinions. In 2018, she joined the Workers’ Party (PT).
Heloísa’s brother, Davi de Carvalho, posted information about the death on social media. “My sister, Heloísa, died. It may seem a bit contradictory, considering all the disagreements that existed between her, her brothers and her parents, but I would like to ask you, whoever is able, to say a prayer for her soul.”
