The new report on deaths in the protests, which have lasted two weeks and has expanded in scale and violence in recent days, is from the Norwegian NGO Human Rights in Iran (IHR), an organization based in Oslo that carries out the survey based on sources within Iran. Other NGOs also monitor the protests in Iran and have also reported an increase in victims.
