Last week, we learned that Zendaya, a Met Gala fan favorite, would likely not be attending the event this year.
We now have confirmation that Zendaya and her fiance, Tom Holland, are not in the New York area and will both miss the annual event. They were apparently photographed on Monday (May 4) in London’s Wimbledon village in the afternoon, the Daily Mail reports.
Zendaya has had a very busy press cycle so far this year, promoting The Drama and Euphoria, with more projects coming up as well.
The Met Gala is set to take place later today in New York City.
