Lewis Pullman is hitting the red carpet with his parents!
The 33-year-old actor had the support of his parents Bill Pullman and Tamara Hurwitz at the premiere of his new Netflix movie Remarkably Bright Creatures on Thursday evening (April 30) held at the Netflix Tudum Theater in Los Angeles.
Fellow cast members in attendance included Sally Field, Beth Grant, and Kathy Baker along with director Olivia Newman.
Here’s the synopsis: “A widow who works at a local aquarium finds joy again when she forms an unlikely bond with a Giant Pacific Octopus and a wayward young man who comes to town in search of family. Together, they will uncover a mystery that will lead them to a life-changing discovery and restore their sense of wonder.”
Alfred Molina voices the giant Pacific octopus named Marcellus, a fun nod to his Spider-Man character Doctor Octopus aka Doc Ock.
The movie is an adaption of the debut novel of the same name by American author Shelby Van Pelt. The book has been on the New York Times hardcover fiction best-seller list multiple time and was awarded the 2023 McLaughlin-Esstman-Stearns First Novel Prize by the Writer’s Center.
Remarkably Bright Creatures will be released on Netflix on May 8. Watch the trailer here!
