Addison Rae‘s dad, Monty Lopez, has been arrested for possessing a bunch of marijuana.
He was reportedly booked on Tuesday (April 28) for a felony charge of possession with intent to distribute.
TMZ claims that the police showed up to his house for a mental health call on April 23 with multiple cops outside of his home in Louisiana.
According to a representative for the Lafayette Police Dept., the officers were there regarding a mental health complaint and it then turned into a criminal investigation when the drugs were discovered.

Monty posed for his mug shot and is seemingly behind bars right now.
He was previously arrested in 2025 in a separate incident in which he was accused of exposing himself in a public place in 2024. He pleaded not guilty to the charges.
Addison‘s mother, Sheri Easterling, filed for sole custody of their 12-year-old son in February as part of their divorce case in light of his alleged sex crime charge stemming from the 2025 arrest.
During the court proceedings, documents revealed multiple alleged instances of abuse throughout their marriage, including an allegation that Monty once slapped Addison across the face with an open hand.
The ex-couple share three kids: Addison, Enzo, and Lucas. They married in 2002 before divorcing, reuniting and remarrying in 2017 before their split again in 2022.
