Pyongyang claims to have shot down a South Korean surveillance drone last Tuesday (10) near its industrial hub in Kaesong. South Korean investigators carried out searches at the facilities of the country’s spy agency to determine who was responsible for the incident. “I warn you now that the repetition of such a provocation, which violates the inalienable sovereignty of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, will certainly provoke a terrible response,” Kim Yo Jong, the influential sister of North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, said in a statement released by KCNA.
