CFMoto is preparing to strengthen its presence in the highly competitive adventure touring segment with the introduction of the new 800MT ES, scheduled to reach the European market in 2026.

Without resorting to profound aesthetic changes, the Chinese brand focuses the evolution of the model on technology, positioning the adjustable electronic suspensions as the main differentiating element compared to the already known 800MT Touring.

The great highlight of the 800MT ES is the suspension system developed in collaboration with KYB. At the front, the motorcycle uses inverted forks with 160 mm of travel, while at the rear the monoshock offers 150 mm, both with electronic control. The set is capable of automatically adapting the behavior of the suspension according to the type of surface, the load transported and the driving style, promising greater comfort on long trips and better control on deteriorated roads or roads with uneven ground.

Electronics assume a central role in this new variant. The 800MT ES now has stability control, cornering ABS and several integrated driving modes, with Bosch technology. These systems work together with the engine and suspensions with the aim of offering a safer and more refined driving experience, bringing the model closer to more expensive proposals in the medium-displacement adventure segment.

At the heart of the motorcycle remains the well-known 799 cc inline twin-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine. The engine delivers around 89.8 HP at 9,250 rpm and 75 Nm of torque at 8,000 rpm, associated with a six-speed gearbox and an assisted and slipper clutch. The figures guarantee solid performance both on the highway and on secondary roads, even with a passenger and luggage.

The braking system is still in charge of the Spanish J.Juan, with two 320 mm front discs and four-piston radial calipers, as well as a 260 mm rear disc, all assisted by ABS when cornering. The technological package is completed with an 8-inch color TFT panel, full LED lighting and a fuel tank with a capacity of 19 liters, designed for long-distance trips.

With 231 kg in running order, the CFMoto 800MT ES is positioned as a robust and well-equipped proposal within the category. The model will be offered in Neptune Blue and Nebula White colors. Although the brand has not yet disclosed prices or complete details on availability in all markets, the new ES version makes clear CFMoto’s ambition to raise the technological level of the 800MT range and consolidate itself among the main options in the medium-displacement adventure segment.
