US says no ships passed through blockade of Strait of Hormuz; Chinese ships return

Another US-sanctioned tanker, the Murlikishan, also entered the Persian Gulf through the Strait of Hormuz on Tuesday, according to LSEG data. The tanker was empty and was expected to carry fuel oil in Iraq, according to Kpler. The vessel, formerly known as MKA, has previously transported Russian and Iranian oil.
