There’s some good news involving The Lord of the Rings TV show.
The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power season two debuted all the way back in 2024, and fans have been patiently waiting for season three.
There had been rumors for some time that the third season might not debut until 2027.

It looks like season three will be arriving slightly earlier! The site notes that it will actually debut later this year, in 2026.
Here’s the logline for the newest season: Jumping forward several years from the events of Season 2, Season 3 takes place at the height of the War of the Elves and Sauron, as the Dark Lord seeks to craft the One Ring that will give him the edge he needs to win the war and conquer all Middle-earth at last.
