I Dream of Jeannie’s Barbara Eden Speaks Out After Costar Patrick Muldoon’s Sudden Death
Patrick Muldoon’s memory continues to live on.
Less than a week after the Days of Our Lives actor died from a heart attack at the age of 57, his sister Shana Muldoon-Zappa shared the last video her family received from her brother.
Patrick had sent a video of himself to the “constant family group chat,” Shana wrote on Instagram April 22, posting the clip which showed Patrick at a preview opening of the new Los Angeles County Museum of Art the night before his death.
The Melrose Place actor pointed out Domenichino Zampieri’s 1622 painting Saint Ignatius of Loyola’s Vision of Christ and God the Father at La Storta before breaking out into a chant from his high school days at Loyola High School.
As Shana explained, she learned her brother was actually a fan of St. Ignatius “because he was kind of the cool guy, good time guy who was still able to become a saint.” That—paired with Patrick’s high school chant—reminded Shana of what a bright spot her brother was.
