Christina Applegate is breaking her silence.
Last week, it was reported that the 54-year-old Dead to Me actress was admitted to the hospital in late March amid her ongoing battle with multiple sclerosis (MS).
On Monday (April 20), Christina returned to Instagram to address her “health issues.”

“I’m taking a moment to focus on my health, but I’ll be back with more to say soon enough,” Christina added.
Along with her message, Christina shared a photo from a backyard deck with a coffee mug, which had “Kissy Kissy” written across it, on top of her memoir You with the Sad Eyes.
TMZ reported on April 16 that Christina had been admitted to the hospital last month, but the reason why remained “unclear.”
Her rep then spoke out, sharing in a statement, “I have no comment whether she is in the hospital or what her medical treatments are. She’s had a long history of complicated medical conditions that she has been refreshingly open about, as evidenced in her memoir and on her podcast.”
Reports of Christina‘s hospitalization came weeks after she and MeSsy podcast co-host Jamie-Lynn Sigler announced their show was going on a brief hiatus.
Last year, Christina shared the role she would love to play if she “could work again.”
