Excalibur Army signs historic sale of Patriot armored vehicles to customers in Asia

Excalibur Armya company of the Czechoslovak Group (CSG), has signed a record-breaking export contract to supply Patriot armored vehicles to a hitherto undisclosed Asian country.

The agreement includes the sale of more than 100 units in various operational configurations. According to the company, the total value of the contract exceeds US$ 300 million, with an implementation schedule estimated to last three years, during which all vehicles will be handed over to customers.

Complete military variant package

Supplies are not limited to troop transport. This package includes:

  • Command and staff vehicles
  • Armored personnel transport vehicle
  • Wheeled infantry fighting vehicle

Patriot armored vehicle: evolution and capabilities

Developed on a chassis Tatra Forcethe Patriot armored vehicle was first introduced in 2017. In 2019, the Patriot II was launched with improved armor protection, an extended vehicle body, as well as a more powerful engine (Cummins or Tatra).
