In response, in X, Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez wrote that “like any country, Cuba has the absolute right to import fuel from markets willing to export it and that exercise their right to develop their commercial relations without interference or subordination to unilateral coercive measures imposed by the US.”
