This Tuesday (13), the São Paulo Civil Police carried out 13 search and seizure warrants and five others for temporary arrest in the second phase of the investigation investigating the execution of former general delegate Ruy Ferraz Fontes. So far, three have been arrested.
The investigations indicate that the suspects acted in a structured and coordinated manner, with division of tasks typical of a criminal organization, with strong evidence of joint participation in the execution, planning and support of the undertaking criminal.
The search and seizure warrants are being carried out at addresses in São Paulo, Jundiaí, Mongaguá, Praia Grande, Carapicuíba, Barueri and Mairinque. The operation involves the participation of 80 police officers and 37 vehicles from the Departments involved.
The prisoners are:
PCC old man
Marcio Serapião de Oliveira, 52 years old, known as Velhote or MC, member of the Primeiro Comando da Capital (PCC). He is being investigated for strategic and logistical support, with evidence of involvement in the custody of vehicles, use of support properties and concealment of elements related to the crime; captured in the Vila Isa neighborhood, Interlagos region, in the South Zone of São Paulo.
He tried to escape, however, he was monitored by a drone. Various documents and two cell phones were seized.
Azul do PCC
Fernando Alberto Ribeiro Teixeira, 48 years old, known as Azul or Careca of the PCC, identified as one of the organizers of the criminal action, with evidence of participation in the planning, logistical coordination and indirect execution of the crime. He was captured in the municipality of Jundiaí and had two cell phones seized.
PCC Manezinho
Manoel Alberto Ribeiro Teixeira, 45 years old, known as Manezinho or Manoelzinho, is also a member of the PCC. It is investigated because it is the main logistical and operational articulator, including assistance in escape, provision of material resources and maintenance of operational links between the executors.
He was captured in the municipality of Mongaguá. A firearm was seized during the search.
Ruy Ferraz Fontes was executed on the night of September 16, 2025, in Praia Grande, on the coast of São Paulo.
