Minister Alexandre de Moraes, of the Federal Supreme Court (STF), ordered the Federal Police to provide clarifications about noise in the air conditioning system of the place where former president Jair Bolsonaro is detained, at the PF Superintendency in Brasília.
The decision comes after Bolsonaro’s defense claimed that the persistent noise disrupts the former president’s conditions of ‘rest and tranquility’. Lawyers ask for the equipment to be adequate and acoustically insulated.
