Honda has unveiled its on-road program for the 2026 model year in the US, with a total of 15 models covering multiple segments such as roadster, sport, touring, adventure and dual-sport.
The main news in the update is the expansion of the E-Clutch technology as well as price adjustments on several models in order to strengthen the competitiveness in the market.
Expansion of E-Clutch technology
Honda confirmed that the E-Clutch system will be introduced on the CB750 Hornet from 2026. The technology allows shifting with or without the use of the clutch lever, providing increased convenience without removing the rider’s traditional control. With this addition, the brand now offers four motorcycles equipped with E-Clutch: CB750 Hornet, CB650R, CBR650R and Rebel 300 E-Clutch.

According to the manufacturer, the CB750 Hornet E-Clutch is the first model in the range to combine the system with electronic throttle (throttle-by-wire), expanding the electronic control functions. The model will be offered in Matte Nightshade Blue and Black colors, with an MSRP of $7,999 and delivery to dealers scheduled for February.
Price reductions and focus on the sports segment

Another key change for 2026 is an overhaul of the prices of parts of the range, with MSRP reductions on six models. The adjustments include:
- $1,000 off on CB500 Hornet and CBR500R
- $700 off CB650R E-Clutch and CBR650R E-Clutch
- $650 off CB300R
- $500 off NX500
According to Honda USA, the strategy aims to increase the availability of mid-range models and strengthen the brand’s commitment to the sports segment, without changes to technical content, performance or quality.
