Brazil’s CNH: almost 2 million Brazilians have already started the qualification process through the app

The demand for a National Driving License (CNH) reaches significant numbers across the country. Since the launch of the new model, almost 2 million Brazilians have started the qualification process through the CNH do Brasil application.

The number surpasses the traditional model: in the same period, 57 thousand requests were made directly to the State Traffic Departments (Detrans).
In the new model, the request to open an application is the first step towards obtaining a driver’s license.

São Paulo leads the ranking of requests, with more than 320 thousand requests, followed by Minas Gerais, with 193,144, and Rio de Janeiro, with 168,468 requests.
