A fund of the homeland group Investimentos won on Friday (5) the auction of a stretch of 285 km from the Raposo Tavares Highway, between the cities of Ourinhos and Itapetininga, in São Paulo. The work will allow the integral duplication of the highway that connects the state capital and the port of Santos to the Midwest region of the state, being an alternative corridor to the Castello Branco Highway for the flow of agricultural production.

The winning proposal, submitted by Infra BR V Missouri Investment, filed two others by offering a 11.6% discount on the amount of maximum annual public consideration of R $ 310.2 million. The contract foresees investments of R $ 5.8 billion over 30 years, which will be applied in the duplication of 147 kilometers of highways and construction of 29 catwalks, among other works.

The so-called Paranapanema lot goes through 13 municipalities in the state of São Paulo and involves excerpts from Raposo Tavares (SP-270) and complementary highways (SP-189, SP-278, SPA-204/270, SPA-245/270, SPA-326 and SPA-312). The area is part of 1,800 kilometers qualified in the São Paulo State Investment Partnership Program (PPI-SP).
