The São Paulo court upheld the influencer Hytalo Santos and his husband, Israel Nata Vicente, arrested after a custody hearing held on Saturday (16). The Secretariat of Penitentiary Administration (SAP) did not disclose which prison the two will be referred.
The couple was arrested preventively on Friday (15) in a house and, Carapicuíba, Greater São Paulo, suspected exploration and exposure of minors in content produced on social networks.
Hytalo is investigated by the Public Prosecution Service of Paraíba (MP-PB) and Labor Prosecutor (MPT). The case gained repercussion after complaints from Youtuber Felca on “adultization” chaos of children and adolescents.
Police suspect Hytalo and her husband planned to flee out of Brazil. The defense denies and says that the influencer had been on vacation in Sao Paulo about a month ago, where he had some commitments. In addition, lawyers considered the prison illegal.
