The Brazilian Agency for SUS Management Support (AGSUS) will buy, by determination of the Ministry of Health, 180,000 equipment for Basic Health Units (UBS) of more than 5,000 municipalities.
In a statement, AGSUS reported that purchases will be made through a bidding notice, published on the 4th. The opening of the electronic trading proposals will be next Thursday (21) at 10am, through the Portal Puriação.gov.br.
According to the statement, the funds for the purchase of equipment, estimated at R $ 1.8 billion, come from the Secretariat of Primary Health Care, through the Investment Package of the Growth Acceleration Program (PAC) Health 2025.
The expectation of the government is that the equipment will begin to be delivered in November.
