One woman posted a video to ask netizens if the dealership is trying to deceive her after saying she should buy a new car.

Savannah Dixen He explained that he had to take his 2023 Hyundai Palisade to make minor repairs to the dealership. She stressed that when she bought the car, he was only 41,000 km and now has 73,000.

“I need someone to tell me if the dealership is trying to fool me to buy a new car,” Dixen asked before giving more details about the situation.

She reported that in the last year she had three different energy cuts, in which the car hung up. This led to problems with the locks, windows, panel, lights, sunroof and opening of the doors.

“Now I’m nervous. The last time this happened, I was driving and everything was polished, and I had to stop,” said the woman.

Every time Dixen took Palisade to the dealership, they allegedly told her, “We can’t find the code, we can’t help.”

The dealership would also have reported that this problem would continue to happen until there was code to correct it.

According to her, the solution proposed by the dealership is that she buy a new car. She said they are trying to convince her to buy a Hyundai 2025.

“Is there anything I can do? Is the dealership trying to fool me?” Dixen asked viewers in the video, who has already received over 5,000 views.

Despite Dixen’s theory, many agreed that it is probably not the concessionaire’s fault. “I work for a Hyundai dealership and the warranty requires codes. If there are no codes and it is not possible to replicate them, the guarantee unfortunately will not cover,” explained a netizen.

“This is the standard protocol. The next time, register what happened, call the dealership and bring the car towed so that they can be present at the moment and can diagnose the problem,” he added.
