“The Mais Médicos do Brasil program was a diplomatic coup that explored Cuban doctors, enriched the corrupt Cuban regime and was covered by Brazilian and former employees of PAIN [Organização Pan-Americana da Saúde]. The expression “diplomatic scam” had already been used by Rubio by announcing sanctions on Wednesday (13).
The Minister of Health, Alexandre Padilha, countered the measures in a publication in the X on the same day.
“More doctors, like Pix, will survive the unjustifiable attacks of anyone. The saving program and is approved by those who matters most: the Brazilian population,” wrote the minister.
