MotoGP to stream free in US on new dedicated 24/7 channel

MotoGP promoter Dorna is partnering with streaming company C15 Studio to launch a dedicated TV channel in the United States.

The new 24/7 streaming service will offer live MotoGP coverage and original programming covering the series.  

The MotoGP Channel launches on Wednesday 13 August ahead of the Austrian Grand Prix.  

“The channel is a free, ad-supported streaming TV service, offering fans across North America an always-connected home for the most exciting sport on the planet,” Dorna explained in its release. 

Operated by C15 Studio the channel will broadcast live coverage from MotoGP race weekends as well as an extensive library of curated content that will include original programmes and race re-runs.  

The MotoGP Channel will offer live coverage of all 22 events over the course of the season. At each event, it will broadcast MotoGP practice and qualifying sessions, as well as live Moto2, Moto3, and MotoE races.

In addition to live coverage of the events, viewers in the US will also be able to re-watch a varied catalogue of classic MotoGP races, documentaries, and programmes, which will offer a deeper look into the history of the series and provides fans with an opportunity to relive defining MotoGP moments.   

“Our collaboration with C15 Studio on the MotoGP Channel opens an exciting new avenue for US fans to connect with the sport,” explained Dan Rossomondo, chief commercial officer of MotoGP. 

“We are pleased to expand our presence in the US and offer fans a fantastic new way to experience the sport.  

“The MotoGP Channel will offer seamless access to content, providing an established fan base with a dedicated platform while introducing the sport to new audiences across the United States.”

The channel will be available in the United States on major streaming services such as Prime Video, LG Channels, FireTV, FuboTV, Plex, and Sling Freestream.
