Rapper Mauro Davi dos Santos, known as Oruam, became a defendant for attempted qualified homicide. The decision is by Judge Tula Corrêa de Mello, who also accepted the complaint against the artist’s friend, Willyam Matheus Vianna Rodrigues Vieira.
For the magistrate, the two assumed the risk of killing delegate Moysés Santana and civil police officer Alexandre Ferraz, when they hurled stones at the victims. In the decision, the judge points out that at least seven stones were thrown from the first window of the floor of the property, at a height of 4 and a half meters.
An expertise attached to the process indicates that the first stone launched hit the soil with force above the cranial fracture injunction, which could cause immediate injuries. The Rio court also decreed another pre -trial arrest warrant against Oruam and Willyam Matheus.
The attack on civil police took place at dawn on July 22, when the Civil Police went to the singer’s house in Joá, in the west of Rio, to fulfill a search and seizure warrant issued against a minor who was in the residence.
