Israel warns that it will attack Iran’s leader if you keep threats

Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz threatened Iran’s supreme leader Ali Khamenei with a “personal” attack if Iran continues to threaten Israel, according to a statement released by his cabinet.

“I want to send a clear message to dictator Khamenei: If you keep threatening Israel, our long arm will reach Tehran again and even more strongly. And this time to you personally. Do not make threats, not to harm,” said the defense minister.

Katz made these warnings during a visit to Ramon Air Base, where he congratulated the troops for work during the 12 -day war between Israel and Iran in June.

Although the threats of the Israeli authorities Khamenei during the war and the hints of motivating a change in regime in this country were common during the conflict, spokesman for the Prime Minister’s International Cabinet, David Mencer, assured at the time that Israel did not intend to change the Iranian regime, but that could be “a consequence” of the war.

On the 17th, Khamenei returned to make public statements with threat to Israel. At the time, he said Iran was prepared to carry out “larger” attacks in the region.

“Our nation is ready to face the power of the United States and its dog on the leash, the Zionist regime [como se refere a Israel]. This is commendable, “said the regime leader in comments broadcast on state television.
