The young high school student Stirling Heriot died Friday (18th) in a car accident on a remote road in Quambone, Australia.

Police said Heriot was driving on the road when his car came out of control and overturned several times. Rescue crews were called, but he was declared dead on the spot.

The accident happened a few kilometers from the Heriot family’s property in the city of Coonamble.

Heriot’s death was deeply taken care of by the entire school community at The King’s School in Sydney, a boys’ school.

“Stirling was widely admired for his kindness, generosity and willingness to warmly engage with those around him,” the school wrote on its Facebook page.

The young teenager participated in the Rugby and Ro teams and was involved in a project of building a new trailer for use on the family farm.

“His loss will be deeply marked by his family, friends, the boarding community Baker Hake, his classmates in 12th grade and many others in the whole school who had the privilege and teach him,” the announcement continued.

“Please hold the hereiot family in your thoughts and prayers in this deeply painful time,” asked the institution.

Friends and family wrote supportive and grieving messages in the post.
“My deepest condolences to the family of this wonderful boy and the school community. Too young,” a person wrote.
