NASCAR Driver Greg Biffle and Wife Cristina’s Families Speak Out on Deadly Plane Crash
Greg Biffle’s inner circle allegedly tried to take advantage of his tragic death.
Four months after the NASCAR driver and his family, including wife Cristina Gross and children Ryder5, and Emma14, were killed in a plane crashthe Iredell County Sheriff alleged in a March 10 search warrant application that a Jan. 7 break-in at the family’s North Carolina home was a conspiracy by his friends to steal the racing legend’s wealth.
“It is the belief of this affiant that a plan has been in place by friends of Gregory Biffle,” a detective wrote in the application obtained by the Charlotte Observer“and strategically executed after the death of the Biffle family.”
The search warrant application alleged that the break-in at the Biffles’ home—in which $30,000 in cash, NASCAR memorabilia and two Glock handguns were stolen—“was a coverup to steal evidence of a more elaborate plan against the Biffle family and their wealth, not only of money but property as well.”
