‘The White Lotus’ Cast Season 4

Alexander Ludwig was one of the first cast members confirmed for the upcoming fourth season of The White Lotus. He starred in Michael Hirst’s period drama Vikings from 2014 to 2020, and also appeared in the first Hunger Games movie as Cato, a tribute. 

After the news of his casting was revealed, he took to Instagram to commemorate the moment, thanking Mike White for the opportunity. “Beyond honored. Huge thank you to Mike for your trust in me and can’t wait to bring this unbelievable material to life,” Ludwig wrote on Dec. 19.

Ludwig is represented by Untitled Entertainment, Gersh and Sloane, Offer, Weber & Dern.

AJ Michalka was confirmed as part of the season four cast alongside Ludwig. At first glance, her name may not ring a bell, but maybe that’s because you know her better as one half of the sister duo Aly & AJ. Yes, AJ of Aly & AJ will be on The White Lotus’ fourth installment.

Aside from starring in a series of her own music videos, Michalka acted in The Goldbergs from 2014 to 2023 and its spinoff, Schooled, from 2019 to 2020. She posted the casting news on Instagram in December, writing, “Checking in! Let’s party Mike.”

She is represented by United Talent Agency, Amplified, and Mckuin, Frankel, Whitehead.

Steve Coogan, known for often portraying the Alan Partridge character, is now a part of The White Lotus family. He’s played Alan Partridge in many projects, and is also a two-time Academy Award nominee tied as a writer and producer of Philomena. Coogan is also a part of the voice cast for the Despicable Me films.

He is represented by CAA and Independent Talent Group.

Caleb Jonte Edwards is a newcomer to the industry, with The White Lotus season four notably serving as his third credited project. He’s appeared in a single episode of the Australian drama series Black Snow and a short film called The Man and the Woman. 

Edwards is represented by Echo Lake Entertainment and Eaton Management.

Model and social media personality Marissa Long is making her small-screen debut on The White Lotus season four.

“I’ll try and make this short and sweet, but I am absolutely raw right now!!! God is so good — I am in the middle of so many feelings and I’m unbelievably honored to be joining this with such incredible people,” she wrote on Instagram when the news came out. “And thank you Mike White!!!!!!!!!! I’m speechless and cannot wait for this journey, feeling deeply blessed.. LETS GO!!!!”

Chris Messina is one of the most recently confirmed actors slated to appear in The White Lotus’ fourth installment. His most recent acting credit hails from the second season of Based on a True Story (he also starred in season one), and he’s also appeared in Away We Go (2009) and Ben Affleck’s Argo (2012).

Messina is represented by Entertainment 360, CAA, Sloane, Offer, Weber and Dern.

Marty Supreme actress Sandra Bernhard will lend her acting talents to The White Lotus‘ fourth season. She’s appeared in two Ryan Murphy projects, hailing from Pose (2018-2021), seasons eight and 11 of American Horror Story.

Bernhard has additionally appeared in Martin Scorsese’s The King of Comedy (1982); Without You I’m Nothing (1990); the Bruce Willis-led Hudson Hawk (1991); seasons four through 10 of Roseanne; and two episodes of Severance‘s second season, among other titles.

She is by represented by The Rosenzweig Group and Kopeikin Law.

Ari Graynor has boarded the season four cast of The White Lotus. As of late, she has appeared in two Ryan Murphy projects: the season two edition of Monsters, which spotlighted the Lyle and Erik Menendez case, and the new FX/Hulu series The Beauty. She’s additionally acted in Drew Barrymore’s 2009 film Whip It and the Anna Faris-led rom-com What’s Your Number? (2011).

Dylan Ennis will also appear in The White Lotus‘ fourth season. Another newcomer to the small screen, he has done previous voice work in a series of Harry Potter audiobooks.

He is represented by Conway van Gelder Grant.

The White Lotus will mark a return to HBO for Cassel, who had a role in season three of Westworld. The French actor is also known for Black Swan, Ocean’s Twelve and Thirteen and David Cronenberg’s 2024 film The Shrouds.

Fila earned a Cesar Award nomination — the French equivalent to the Oscars — for his film debut in Being 17. He has mostly appeared in productions in his home country, including the comedy series Escort Boys that streams on Prime Video. He also had a role in the BBC’s Wolf Hall: The Mirror and the Light, which aired on PBS in 2025.

Another member of The White Lotus’ French contingent, Tereszkiewicz was named the most promising actress at the 2023 Cesar Awards for her role in Forever Young. She had a guest role on the cult favorite series Call My Agent! and starred in the 2022 Canadian film Babysitter, which played at the Sundance and Tribeca festivals in the U.S.

Tereszkiewicz is repped by Adequat Agency and Independent Talent Group.

Bennet starred in Hulu’s Interior Chinatown and has a role in the streamer’s upcoming NFL drama The Land from creator Dan Fogelman. Her breakout role came on Agents of SHIELD, and she’s also appeared in A Very Jonas Christmas Movie and done voice work on shows ranging from Jake and the Neverland Pirates to Invincible.

She is repped by CAA, Entertainment 360 and Hansen Jacobson.

The former New Girl star is wrapping up an eight-season run on the CBS comedy The Neighborhood, which is ending in the spring of 2026. Greenfield’s credits also include season two of A Man on the Inside, Running Point, the animated series Long Story Short (all at Netflix) and Veronica Mars.

Hall, the son of Julia Louis-Dreyfus and Brad Hall, played basketball at Northwestern before following his parents into the entertainment industry. His credits include The Sex Lives of College Girls, Monster: The Ed Gein Story and Bel-Air.

Nanjiani’s latest stand-up special, Night Thoughts, premiered on Hulu last year. The Oscar nominee (as co-writer of The Big Sick with Emily V. Gordon) starred in Welcome to Chippendales, also at Hulu, and has recently appeared in Only Murders in the Building, Poker Face and Fallout, among others.

Paul will reunite with The White Lotus creator Mike White on season four; the two previously worked together on the 2015 movie The D Train, which Paul co-wrote and co-directed and White and producing partner David Bernad produced (Paul and White also acted in the film). Paul co-created the 2015 Fox comedy The Grinder, starring Rob Lowe, and is co-creator and co-showrunner of Netflix’s comedy Free Bert. His acting credits include the TBS/Roku comedy Chad, Platonic and Monk.

Heather Graham will appear on season four of The White Lotus, hailing from films including They Will Kill You (2026), Chosen Family (2024), the 1999 Austin Powers sequel, Boogie Nights (1997) and License to Drive (1988), among others. Her TV credits include Twin Peaks (1991), Californication (2007) and Scrubs (2004-2005).

Graham has been nominated for two Actor Awards (formerly called SAG Awards), including for Boogie Nights and Bobby. “Thanks Mike White for adding me to the Season Four cast of @thewhitelotus,” the actress wrote in a March 30 Instagram post celebrating the news.

Frida Gustavsson has appeared in Netflix’s Vikings: Valhalla, and will next star in The White Lotus. She’s also popped up in one episode of The Witcher, and starred in the TV miniseries Faithless.

Academy Award nominee Rosie Perez is heading to The White Lotus. She has an established career as an actress, having appeared in projects ranging from White Men Can’t Jump (1992), Untamed Heart (1993), Fearless (1993), Pitch Perfect 2 (2015), HBO Max’s The Flight Attendant and Highest 2 Lowest (2025), among others.

She shot to stardom in 1989 after appearing in Spike Lee’s Oscar-nominated film Do the Right Thing, and also served as the choreographer for In Living Color, which earned her three Emmy nominations. Perez has one additional Emmy nomination tied to The Flight Attendant. She’s been nominated for one Actor Award, and was nominated for an Oscar in 1994 tied to her performance in Fearless.

Tobias Santelmann has previously acted in Netflix’s The Last Kingdom and the streamer’s recently launched Detective Hole.

Ben Schnetzer just recently starred in Taylor Sheridan’s latest series The Madison, but next, he will appear in Mike White’s White Lotus. Elsewhere, he’s acted in Y: The Last Man (2021), Warcraft (2016) and The Book Thief (2013).

He is represented by Gersh, David Weber and Lon Sorenson. 

Laura Smet will be apart of The White Lotus season four cast. She has acted in Eager Bodies (2003), The Bridesmaid (2004), The Guardians (2017) and the French miniseries Surface.

Smet is repped by Time Art.

Laura Dern boarded the cast of The White Lotus‘ fourth season notably after Helena Bonham Carter exited the cast. The Oscar and Emmy winner will take on a new role rather than stepping into the character that was previously written for Carter.

Her addition to the season four cast marks a reunion with Mike White; the two worked on Enlightened together (which earned Dern a Golden Globe), and White also wrote and directed Year of the Dog (2007). Also much notably, Dern has very lightly been involved in the White Lotus franchise, having voiced the off-screen estranged wife of Michael Imperioli’s character in a few phone calls.

On April 24, news of Carter’s departure from the cast arose, with an HBO spokesperson noting in a statement that “the character which Mike White created for Helena Bonham Carter did not align once on set.”

Dern’s Academy Award hails from her work in Marriage Story, while her Emmy stems from her performance in Big Little Lies. Aside from The White Lotus, she will next star and executive produce Sony Pictures TV’s limited series that is based on based on Miami Herald investigative reporter Julie K. Brown’s book Perversion of Justice: The Jeffrey Epstein Story, which tackles the Jeffrey Epstein investigation.
