Caitlyn Jenner has taken legal action against the estate of Sophia Hutchins.

Nine months after the Olympian’s friend and manager died on July 2 at the age of 29 following an ATV crash, Jenner’s November claim for $439,095.88 in unpaid expenses was “allowed” by Hutchins’ estate on March 27, meaning the estate has agreed to pay the amount, according to documents obtained by E! News.

Jenner, 76, had alleged that Hutchins owed her the hefty amount after racking up credit card charges, cash advances, lawyers fees and more, per the creditors claim obtained by E!.

The document broke down the $439,095.88, alleging that Hutchins had made furniture purchases in excess of $250,000 on Jenner’s credit and debit cards, along with payments on eBay and Shopify. Hutchins had also allegedly received over $7,000 in cash advances from Jenner. The document also noted the two had shared legal expenses, with Jenner requesting over $130,000 to be reimbursed for the cost.
