After a flirtation in the earliest episodes of Summer Housethe pair ultimately stayed friends until confessing feelings at Kyle and Amanda’s 2021 wedding, kicking off a whirlwind romance.
By 2022, the former couple moved in together and Carl proposed to Lindsay later that same year. And although a wedding date was set for 2023, the couple never made it to the altar, with Carl calling off the wedding.
“I was completely blindsided,” Lindsay told US Weekly at the time. “He blew up my entire life. I was crying, I was angry, and I had to find closure on my own. Now I’m at a place where I feel really good about moving on.”
Months after their breakup, Lindsay announced she was pregnant, welcoming Gemma with then-boyfriend Tanner Kufein 2024.
