Škoda confirmed the arrival of the new Peaq to mid-2026 as its new SUV top of the line electric.
Based on the Vision 7S concept and built on the MEB platform, the model will be the largest and most spacious vehicle in the brand’s current portfolio, with capacity for up to seven occupants, a range of over 600 kilometers and a focus on comfort, technology and family use.
Produced in Mladá Boleslav, in the Czech Republic, the Peaq will play a strategic role in expanding the manufacturer’s electrical line. According to the company, the model will be one of the pillars of the offensive that aims to double Škoda’s portfolio of 100% electric vehicles by 2026.

Measuring almost 4.9 meters long, 1.7 meters high and with a wheelbase of 2,965 mm, the SUV has generous dimensions to provide more internal space. In the trunk, the volume varies from 299 liters with the seven seats in use to 890 liters with the third row folded down. The model will also feature an additional front compartment, the frunk, with 37 liters.
In terms of appearance, the Peaq adopts the Modern Solid design language, highlighting the illuminated TechDeck Face front end, Matrix LED headlights, 19 to 21-inch aerodynamic wheels and an electrochromic panoramic roof divided into nine segments. The proposal is to reinforce the brand’s visual identity in an increasingly competitive segment among large electric SUVs.

The cabin will have five finishing options, including versions with recycled materials and proposals without the use of animal origin in certain configurations. Among the comfort highlights is the so-called Relax Package, which includes ergonomic seats with massage function, leg support, folding table and wellness app with dedicated modes for relaxation, stretching and re-energizing. The premium sound system developed in partnership with Sonos will also be one of the model’s differentiators.
On the mechanical side, the Škoda Peaq will be offered in three engine variants: 60, 90 and 90x, with power between 150 kW and 220 kW. The 90 and 90x versions will have autonomy above 600 kmwhile fast direct current charging will allow you to go from 10% to 80% in 28 minutes. In version 60, the same process can be done in 27 minutes. The 90x configuration, with all-wheel drive, accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 6.7 seconds.
The new SUV also debuts new features for the brand, such as built-in retractable door handles, a new digital key compatible with smartphones and smartwatches, an Android-based multimedia system with a 13.6-inch vertical screen, a 10-inch driver’s panel and the option of a head-up display with augmented reality.

Another highlight is the support for energy functions such as Vehicle-to-Load, which allows you to power external devices using the car’s battery, and Vehicle-to-Home, to supply energy to homes or buildings through the compatible wallbox.
With the Peaq, Škoda expands its presence in the family electric SUV segment and bets on a package that combines large internal space, high autonomy, comfort solutions and new technologies for everyday use.
