According to the Ukrainian SBS, an operation coordinated by the new Deep Attack Center hit launchers, air defenses, fuel depots, electronic warfare facilities and communications nodes in Donetsk, Luhansk and Zaporizhzhia.

Ukraine’s Unmanned Systems Forces, known as SBS, said they conducted a new series of strikes against Russian targets in the temporarily occupied territories, with a focus on air defense systems, logistics depots, communications infrastructure and military support points.

According to the commander of the SBS, Robert “Hungarian” Brovdi, the operation was conducted by several units specialized in warfare with drones and other unmanned means, under the coordination of the newly formed Deep Attack Center of the Unmanned Systems Forces.

According to Ukrainian sources, one of the main targets was Donetsk airport, where mobile launch platforms associated with Shahed-type drones were located and destroyed during the night of March 28. The action was attributed to the 1st Squadron of the SBS.

The Ukrainian command also stated that it had hit two Tor family air defense systems in different sectors of the front.

In the occupied Luhansk region, pilots of the 9th Kairos battalion of the 414th SBS unit reportedly destroyed a system Tor-M2. In the occupied region of Zaporizhzhia, the 413th Raid Squadron reportedly shot down and hit a system Gate-M1.

In addition to air defense, the operation targeted the Russian logistical rear. In the occupied areas of the Luhansk and Donetsk regions, units of the Kairos battalion reported the destruction of a depot containing electronic countermeasures, explosives and an electronic warfare-related workshop.

Near Aidar, also in the Luhansk region, another attack reportedly hit a military fuel depot.

In Mangush, Donetsk region, the 1st SBS Squadron reportedly destroyed a fuel depot and a refueling point, as well as towers and communication nodes used by Russian forces.

According to the Ukrainians, these objectives were considered key to supporting coordination and logistical flow in the occupied areas.

The report also mentions the destruction of a 2S1 Gvozdika self-propelled artillery system during search missions for Russian air defense systems. The 122mm system continues to be widely used for indirect fire support on the battlefield.

The offensive described by the SBS reinforces Ukraine’s strategy of using drones to strike high-value targets beyond the front line, particularly air defenses, logistics, electronic warfare and communications. So far there is no independent confirmation on the extent of the damage reported by the Ukrainian authorities.
