25-year-old Spanish woman gets authorization for euthanasia after years of legal dispute

Noelia Castillo lives with paraplegia and chronic pain after a serious injury caused by a fall from a great height. The suicide attempt occurred amid intense psychological suffering, triggered by sexual violence.
