The Wall Street Journal states that the United States has offered to lift economic sanctions imposed on Iran in the context of its nuclear program. The Americans also said they can assist and monitor the civilian nuclear program for peaceful purposes. Also according to the newspaper, the plan follows, in general terms, what the United States already defended in negotiations before the start of the war, on February 28. On the other hand, Iran may demand reparations for recent bombings. Until the last update of this report, the White House and the Iranian government had not commented on the plan.
