Debris of an as-yet-unidentified Israeli drone was found in Lorestan province, Iran, near the town of Veysian.
The discovery drew attention because it involves equipment with advanced features that are still little known.
Preliminary information released by Open Source Munitions Portal indicate that the artifact has a structure in shades of gray or silver, with red markings. Both fragments and an intact unit that did not explode were located at the site, allowing a more detailed analysis of the equipment.
The initial assessment points to a sophisticated system, with complex hydraulic and electronic components, as well as a structured assembly with screws and rivets. One of the main highlights is the presence of a turbojet engine, something unusual in drones of this type.

Classified as a high-explosive fragmentation munition, the device also appears to have a precision guidance system. This suggests that the drone can be used in targeted attacks, with the possibility of launching both from terrestrial platforms and other unmanned aerial vehicles.
