56% of Brazilians have already decided to vote in this election, according to the Genial/Quaest survey

This Tuesday (17), the Genial/Quaest survey released the opinion of Brazilians regarding the upcoming elections that will take place in October this year. 2,004 people were interviewed between March 6th and 9th. The margin of error is two percentage points, plus or minus, the confidence level is 95%.

In general, 56% of those interviewed have already stated that they have a decision on which they will vote. On the other hand, 43% said they could still change their candidate, while 1% did not know or preferred not to answer.

Among Lula’s voters, 67% declared that their vote has already been decided. Another 31% admitted that they could still change their choice, and 2% did not respond.

In the case of Flávio Bolsonaro, 63% highlighted that they already have a final decision. Another 36% still considered the possibility of changing their candidate, while 1% did not know how to respond.

For Ratinho Jr’s supporters, the scenario is more uncertain: 41% said they had decided to vote, but the majority, 56%, said it could change. Another 3% did not respond.

The uncertainty is even greater when it comes to Romeu Zema. Only 33% said they had a consolidated choice, while 67% indicated that they could still change candidates. There was no record of undecided voters among voters.

Finally, among those who intend to vote blank, cancel their vote or not attend, 39% said that this decision has already been made. 60% said they could still change their position, and 1% did not respond.
