The Federal Police have not yet been contacted for a possible plea bargain against Daniel Vorcaro, owner of Banco Master. According to information gathered by reporter Caiã Messina, despite the lack of demand, delegates state that “it is a matter of time, especially given the change in his defense team”.
Normally, agreements are reached with the Attorney General’s Office, but investigators do not rule out closing this deal. Everything would depend on “what Vorcaro has to say or present evidence”. The expectation, however, is that nothing will be concluded yet.
The PF must still analyze nine cell phones that were seized. Investigators claim that the calendar “runs against Vorcaro” and that, if experts obtain evidence before the agreement, the accusation will not need to be made.
