Toffoli declares himself a suspect to judge the arrest of Daniel Vorcaro

The Minister of the Federal Supreme Court, Dias Toffoli, announced, on Wednesday night (11), that he will not judge the arrest of Daniel Vorcaro, owner of Banco Master, as he considers himself suspicious and impartial to the decision.

Toffoli had already declared earlier that he had left the rapporteur for the process related to Banco Master, for personal reasons.
